I got an old brick building about 100 plus years i got it real cheap it was geting real bad the end wall was seperating about 6″‘s ceilings falling down old metal ones its still salvageable .I repaired and flashed end wall and tried patching all the little holes in the roof – to many -I am not financialy able right now to redo the entire roof .About 24 x 100 I just want to stop the water from dripping for now. I Have seen some Ruber type paint . One was 75$ covered 50 sf. Another Elasto -something 65$ 100 sf . It makes a great place to store my tools and such .I would like to make it a shop .But first things first .

Hi Rick s - This suggestion may be off the wall but here goes. As a "temporary" fix how about using boat shrink wrap.
