This door has brass threshold, well during the recent cold snap here in the Northeast ice began to form along the inside edge of this exposed (Inside the heated space} metal; edge. I know why it formed. What I,m asking is, does anyone have any idea on how to prevent it.

One of the only ways to eliminate the interior from frosting would be to remove the existing threshold and install one with a thermal break. Without a thermal break any exterior metal will frost up on the inside until...well...until hell freezes over and then watch it frost up.
