I am searching for the best method to place a wood or composite floor in my son’s condo in South Burlington, Vt. His condo is slab on grade and he wants to replace the carpet. The carpet was glued down to the slab, which would need to be cleaned prior to any new construction. Please advise as conditions in PA are not the same as in VT. Hope I can get some advise as I would like to complete the project this summer.
