I would ask whomever you are buying the slabs from to give you their advice.

Is this a joke?
Do you want to install a countertop yourself or turn to a contractor?
Epoxy is the adhesive you want to go with.
You need to use Epoxy for the job, this is the right adhesive.
Epoxy hands down, if you can't do it, hire a contractor.
