   In the northern colder climates, when finishing a basement, what doyou recommend on the basement walls. I have seen articles where it is recommended to put plastic against the foundation and again on the interior of the wall. And when installing the vapor barrier, what would you recommend.. plastic sheeting or the paper barrier on the insulation.
