I’ve ordered my kitch cabs and we’re using an intigrated dishwasher
Thats where you don’t see the controls.
Where the controls are buried under what looks like a drawer on top of the wooden door.
Little did I know how expensive these units are.
About $900
anyone know where I might find an intigrated dishwasher cheaper?
Be googled to death

Andy, looked at dishwashers last week and saw a number of them with the buttons on the top edge of the door.
The first one I saw, I thought "Where's the buttons?", they are that hidden.
I'm thinking they were in the $500 on up range.
(At the brand new HD in town, sorry.)

I can only find more expensive. That's between the appliance Favorites & googling.
Anything under $500 has exposed controls, everything under $300 barely has controls.
Sheesh, I'm clearly in the wrong biz . . .
Oh, and if you need a good curative sticker shock, price out the DishDrawers by Fisher & Paykel (not MSRP, but street prices--ouch).

Did that a couple weeks ago. While picking up a F&P washing machine (fantastic !). Asked the sales person what a decent kitchen would run for appliances, $25k? Good guess.

Don't Be buyin one of those drawer things...There are internal hoses that connect the drawers to the frame, and about the time the warranty is up they go south and leak, and cause all sorts of water damage....

Some guys just never learn, what about maintainence? Nobody would sell you extended warranty on that.
don't know about controls, integration don't scare me, what I do know is 'spend money on quiet' - - friend has a 'bosch' dishwasher - you can set in the kitchen while it's running and have a quiet conversation - priceless...

ya - The Farmers Exchange - when I was packing, I put down the trash newsprint and rummaged in the recycle to get a copy - some people read 'em - some don't - it's a different world....

Andy, that was a bargain, you should have gotten two. Take the clean dishes from one and put the dirty dishes into the other.
Have my Bosch for 10 years now, as quiet as day one. Highly recommended.
If money were no object, I'll go with the Miele. That will integrate well with the subz.
