Kit/Bath/hse designer wanted Alameda CA
Hello All,
Wife wants to employ the services of a bath-kitchen-house designer.
We are located in the SF bay area (Alameda specifically) and want to get jumping on this right away.
We need someone who has experience working with Victorian houses and can understand that we want to keep the original charector of the house.
Specifically, we need someone to figure out how to get 10 pounds of poop in a 5 pound sack. Fitting everything we want to fit into the space we have for the kitchen.
Secondly-The top floor of the house is gutted and we know we want it to be our master bedroom retreat. This will have a nice bath, a large bedroom and an office/den and plenty of storage. We can’t seem to figure out how to best use this space.
Somone please point me to a designer who can do this in the SF Bay area.

We used an architect who lives in Alameda for a remodel of our house in Oakland. Her name is Maggie Maiers. Should be easy to find her. We were very happy with how she handled the project.
I looked 4 pages deep on google and got nuthin?

Hmmm... it's been about ten years, I wonder if she has moved elsewhere? Try the phone book if nothing else, and I can also refer you to a GC who should know if she's still around the area.
Couple others I have worked with... Donald Wardlaw... Ann Maria Celona. Both are Oakland/Berkeley.
