My wife and I are about to renovate our ’29 dutch colonial; new roof, windows, and more than likely, cedar shake siding. Is there a logical order that these projects should be done in order to speed/ease things along? Also,I would like to roof with steel ,but most people in our area do not believe in it. Are these people’s fears based in smarts or are they just afraid of change? Thanks for your time and any responses. T n T in WI
