I plan to have a house built in 18 months or so. I would like to do my homework so that when the time comes, I will be able to have intelligent discussions with contractors and others.
I want to understand way a certain technology is better than another – I want to be an educated consumer.
Can anyone recommend a good book or any other type of reference material.
I am interested in build a home that is energy efficent and comfortable to live in.
