I was looking for the shoe for a Bosch Jig Saw to help me cope large crown moldings. If anyone has any information on how well these work, a a website, a company and/or a phone number for who carries them this would be greatly apppreciated. Thank You. Dave Kotch

David,
Try the Collins Coping Foot. I believe it is advertised in the classifieds in the back of the magazine. It replaces the Bosch, or other model, shoe. I saw it demonstrated at a woodworking show last year. It makes coping trim much easier, in part because the center of the Collins shoe is what is against the wood, not the edge.
Good luck.
*Hi David, I Purchased the Collins Coping Foot about a year ago and have found it to be a valuable addition to my jigsaw. I have been able to cope crown moulding as well as any type of moulding easily and effortlessly. When I first recieved it it took a little practice to get the hang of it as you hold the jigsaw upside down. I feel that I can cope mouldings more accurately with this attachment than if I were to use a coping saw. One of the issues of Fine Homebuilding from last year did a review on this product.
