I would like to replace my single panel garage door with a sectional door. My problem is I only have about 6″ of headroom above the door opening.
Any suggestions?

I have a low ceiling in my garage. Will a garage door and opener work in my space?
Yes. A residential door requires a minimum of 4 ½” of headroom space. Your system will need a low headroom extension track or a low headroom torsion rear track. For a garage door opener you’ll need slightly more headroom, about 6 ½” minimum.

And there are a couple of openers that work by driving the torsion spring shaft. Might not need that much clearance. Not sure.Liftmaster is on.The other is by one of the GD manufactures. Raynor comes to mind, but I don't think that it the one..
