Just got some low E insulated glass panel for a job. After installing 2 of them, with the stops glued in!!, I notice today that there is a blue haze when the sun rakes across them. Has anyone experienced this? The glass guy is going to make good and give me free additional units .

Keeping HVAC systems within the conditioned enclosure can be tough without a basement; one option is to use plenum trusses for the roof, which offer a space for equipment and ductwork.

Haze? All low E has a tint. Green / blue /purple.... the key is getting it to all look the same.
Had a cardinal glass unit once that I never suspected a thing till I was all done and hit it with glass cleaner and it turned a funky smeary purple.... the Low E was on the exterior face..... argh......
Sounds like a defect. Low E will tint the glas, but for the most part, the color should be even and not change in the sun. If it does change, it should be the same color over the entire peice of glass.
