I know some love or hate Amazon, but the Makita’s 12″ compound slider can be had for $457 including shipping. There is also a mail in rebate for an 18 volt Lion drill/driver. I’ve been waiting for a good price to replace my 100 year old Millers Falls/Disston miter saw!

Put me in the LOVE Amazon column. Especially with Prime membership, how can you beat 2 day shipping for FREE (well after the Prime fee of I think $75/year). I even buy toilet paper and groceries from them.
Almost all my tools I have bought from them. They even pay for the returns, if the item is broken or defective.
Last year I bought a 40' Werner aluminum ladder, yes FREE shipping, although it took about 4 days.
I even bought my Motorola Q cell phone from them w/verizon service and all I had to commit to was a 1 year contract instead of the normal 2 year.
I could go on, but I am going to check out that saw.
ditto on Amazon.....especially with Amazon Prime. I buy everything I can from them, tools, books, games, groceries...get it in two days and no sales tax!I even bought a Tapco Brake from them....but that wasn't free shipping!.View Image
Your company name and logo is by far the cleverest I've ever seen.
Thanx!.View Image
Links man, links!
I'm showin' $568.

This is the hot link in the promotional email I got. When you hit checkout the numbers are adjusted. It shows the total as $457 prior to paying which included $39 freight fee. Maybe you'll get this waived if your amazon prime or something.
