I've bought through HDT and never had a problem, several others here have as well.
I don't believe I've heard a complaint but can't be positive
I have bought from them on the raves here and had a very good experience. I don't know how they can give the deals they do at times.
Do a search. You will find me pimping them (:-). They are not greedy, they share some of the incentive deals they get from suppliers. Just a small town, family business, that works hard and really believes in customer service. I try to tell Mark that he should charge every one else more and me less but does not seem to be happening.
They are local for me. I have steered many there and know of no one that was seriously unhappy(only that they ran out of item, usually only problem). I would not recommend them if I did not believe in them, no matter if they gave me goodies.

Does anybody know where to find the coupon code for the extra battery?
The email they sent out did not have any coupon code, I think it just gets sent with the kit automatically. If you have any questions, or just to make sure, call them. The kit still says "in stock" so the deal is still valid.
