Does anyone have experience with manufactured, rebar reinforced, cast concrete foundation wall panel systems? System requires a 6″ compacted limestone footing if below frost line. 6″ of compacted limestone also used across full house span. Panels are glued and bolted together & claim to be 5000psi in compression Vs.2500 psi of poured walls. System claimes to be level within 1″, has a 15 year warranty, allows easy R-30 insulation installation and has wood cap stud for finishing. Costs about same as poured walls. Hesitant to use system based on no poured footing requirement.

Dan,
You just touched on a pet peeve of mine. Time warranty on foundations. I don't think there's anything worst than investing in something that has a 10 year or 15 year warranty on it. Especially true of a structural component.
10 years down the road, you decide to sell your house and the first question is "How many years left on the warranty?"
I have seen these foundations and I don't really see any advantage. An experienced crew comes onto your site one day and your footings are done. The next day they come back early in the day and when they leave in the late afternoon, your walls are completely poured.
The concrete walls themselves in the system that you described, will probably last as long as poured concrete, the warranty is for the assembly and how long it is expected to be trouble free.
Good luck on your project.
