I have a 10 x 15 foot, north facing porch that is part of the house slab, surrounded by house on 3 sides, and covered by the roof. I’d like to improve it’s appearance with something–tile, wood (?)–but am concerned about the amount of condensation on the porch when conditions are right (wrong?), and the lack of air circulation. There is a redwood walk that leads to the porch, and a small raised, tiled entrance-way that have weathered without problems. Thanks for any suggestions.
