I do home repair and remodeling. I have been receiving many calls concerning condensation build up between metal roofing and the decking. I would like to know the proper installation technique for metal roofing when being installed over wood decking.

If there is condensation there, problems exist in other parts of the house. The moisture from within the house should never be able to get that far to be able to condense on the metal.
What is your climate and under what conditions is the condensation occurring. Describe the construction technigues from interior ceiling paint on up through, please.
