Jeff,
I've got a 16" stabila in my bucket boss and I use that thing more than I ever imagined. Came "free" when I bought my 48" Stabila and at the time I couldn't imagine what the heck I'd use it for....now I know! Pick one up, you'll find 1000 uses for it in no time.
So true, once you buy a coupla Stabila's levels you just can't switch back to anything else. It becomes the only choice.
I got the torpedo and the 24"and 48"im definately thinking about picking up the door jambers set.... I know I know piffin no comments..:>)

ALL of my levels are stabila...started with the 48".
one friday after work I accidentally left my "48in HD special" on site--outside on an urban jobsite. Gone. Since it was so cheap I wasn't bothered and saw the loss of a cheap level as an excuse to buy a new level....a stabila level. Bought the new level over the weekend, monday morning an old guy pulls up and says he was just driving by over the weekend and noticed my level so he grabbed it for me in fear that someone less than honest would take it (he was for real!) I asked him if he needed a level and told him to keep it as a reward.
I guess there are still honest people out there.
BTW...whenever somebody's level seems to be out on the job, they always come to me. "can I use the Stabila to check my level?" get used to it.

Over the past couple of months, I've picked up a stable of Stabilas at Amazon's Friday sale. I don't think they had any today, but keep an eye out, I got some good deals.
