moisture trap

i would like to know if there is any problem with covering tyvek with foamboard that is used with vinyl siding (will moisture be trapped between the two)

    Tyvek allows water vapor to pass, but not liquid water. You just want to be sure that no significant amount of liquid water can get in-between the two layers.
