I have a house built in 1980 that I am remodeling and thinking about adding ridged foam insulation to the inside of the house to the outside walls on top of the existing drywall. Then drywall on top of that. This would create a vapor and air barrier, but would mold grow on the sandwiched drywall between the the fiberglass insulation and the foam insulation?
