I’ve always hand nailed the soffit pieces to the fascia board. Slow and a pain in the ass. Does any one use a pneumatic stapler/nailer to do this? Any drawbacks?
Thanks

3/8" crown, 18 guage stapler. Never hand nailed a piece in my life. Gun I use is made by Prime. No safety tip makes it easier to get into tight angles, and doesn't scratch the finish. Turn down the air to 70-80lbs, holds the aluminum snug without pushing thru.
*1/4 inch crown 18 guage stapler... they even make staples in colors to match most soffit colors. (well at least around here they do...)
