New French door not closing flush along the top&bottom
Just had my french doors replaced this week and the installer has already been back twice due to the top and bottoms of the side that opens not closing flush when closed. The deadbolt is also extremly hard to engage (my wife is really struggling to get it locked).
He said he would be back early this week after contacting the manufacturer, but I’m not super happy about the situation, as my old french doors even after 16 years had a tighter seal.
Took a few pictures and uploaded them to imgur.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advanced !

Something is warped. Hard to tell if the door slab is not flat or the frame is somehow warped.
It's possible that it's an installation error, but one would have try pretty hard to get it that bad.
Thanks for the reply!
Just watched some video on using a string to see if the door is warped. Is that a decent test?
Sento
a taut string stretched top to bottom or a 7’ straight edge should show a curve to a slab.
2 strings stretched from opposing corners of the jamb to form an “X” will show if the side jambs are cross legged. If at the cross the strings barely touch, the jambs should be in plane. If a gap or one string pressing hard against the other, jambs not in plane.
The result of cross legged jambs is usually a gap at EITHER the top or bottom of the mating doors.
