I have to replace the locksets in an old house full of doors that run about 1-3/16 in. thick. Standard locksets require a door thickness of at least 1-3/8 in. Anyone know a source for such locksets, or have another suggestion?

How far have you looked? VanDyke's has quite a selection of restoration hardware. Go to
*Jeff, if it's an old house you may try to find a decorative rose or rossette to "shim out" the lock set. You should be able to find something in a door hardware store. there's a good one in San Diego called called Berger Hardware on 30th street, you'll have to call information for the number because I'm relaxing here on Friday night and I'm to lazy to get up and go look. sorryJim
