Hello to  all from Arkansas:  Just wanted to say hello and I’ll probably be asking many questions, since I plan to build within  the next 6-9 months.

            Hey Guys,

Long time no see, hear, type, or what ever you want to call this.

Hey cloud, welcome to this great board of knowledge. Listen to these guys but be careful of what you ask or say because they can be sarcastic. Don't worry they are all cool to chat with and ask question to.

I post on first time framing a house and ask for there input so they all chipped in there 2 cents worth, and it was worth $140,000 when done.

the only way you can have bark mulch in Minnesota is to have a tree manage to throw itself into a solar powered chipper and the bark lands exactly were you need it , provided some Native didn't pee on the tree back in the 1800s..and the chipper has to be built in Minnesota too.

I  just heard they are coming out with a new product called Tarvek... or was that Tyfelt?  It comes in 3, 6, or 9' wide rolls.

        1. DanH | Mar 08, 2007 09:34pm | #9

Gee, you'd think it would be 7 or 14 foot rolls.
