I have done all the reseach on the pros and cons of tankless heaters so that is not what I’m looking for.
What I would like to know is what you think of the brands of condensing type tankless heaters and your expereinces?
Thanks

When something goes wrong it's nice to have a hvac tech that knows the brand. If you buy a Rinnai and it goes south it's a bummer if there isn't anyone in 100 miles that knows factory troubleshotting! The reverse is true as well - my favorite hvac guy only uses Rinnai so guess what brand I recommend to clients?!
As tankless units become more popular and the new hvac techs are more comfortable troubleshooting a number of brands it won't be as big of a deal, but right now that is a significant consideration unless you are determined to handle your own troubleshooting.
