I’m getting to the plaster stage of my new 2-story 40X18 addition (yes, this is as big as a house). And, I’m not looking forward to brush and roller painting. I am thinking of using a paint spray option, but I’m getting poor information from my local HD and others. I’d like to hear what anyone hear has to say.
I’m paiting with California paints acrylic, and would like to know a good spray tool I could attach to a standard (actually Craftsman) 90psi air compressor. I’ve been told not to do this, and would like to hear pros/cons. I would prefer not to have to buy a separate compressor just for painting. Any thoughts? Also, at Home Depot, the sales guy said the CH paint tools they sell can’t be used for viscous paints like acrylic (who paints with oil anymore for anything other than primer??). Anyone have some good, specific tools they recommend for a large project?
Thanks
