We are building a Geodesic Dome and intend to panel part of the interior with A-C plywood and are looking for a suitable material/method to fill the one thirty second to one sixteenth inch gap between the triangular panels, the material must be flexable and paintable and produce a finish which hopefully will obviate having to cover the joints with suitable trim. We have experimented with some well known caulks, but the results have not been satisfactory. Hoping someone can point us in the right direction. Tony Sullivan

Lexel adhesive might work--or PL polyurethane sealant.

Urethane caulk, tape the edges and apply. Should look as good as day one for a long time.
