plank floor slab vs poured concrete

I am developing a 138 unit high end condo building with 250,000 sq ft. It is a 4 story structure with underground parking. We are considering using a plank floor system instead of the “traditional” metal decking and poured concrete method. From what I gather so far the advantages are speed of installation, lower cost, better acoustical managment, no fire spraying neded, less floor thickness. Do any of you have any experience with this type of system? What are the true advantages and disadvantages?
Thank you,
Alex Gluck

I have used both. Like the speed of the planked, but need to include extra concrete/ grout for leveling the tops of these before finish floors are installed.
On the other hand, in wet locations ( showers/bath areas) I have had to rip out the floor and re-do as the galvanized pan rusted through over the years and it became necessary to replace pan and concrete.
For those of us who are just starting to investigate this area, could you elaborate a bit on exactly what type of "plank" system you are talking about. I had thought that concrete plank systems were generally more expensive than the usual poured concrete over corrugated steel deck pan.
