Hello all-
I have a bathroom in which the toilet’s tank won’t refill unless the faucet is turned on. After you have flushed the toilet, the tank will not refill itself, regardless of how long you let it sit, until you have operated the faucet. Other than that quirk, both the faucet and the toilet work just fine. This faucet is the last one on a line that includes respectively a washmachine, guest sink, guest toilet, guest shower, master toilet, master bath and finally the faucet. The house is slab construction so the line is buried in concrete. I figure that it is some kind of vacumm but where it is, how it happened and if there are any solutions is my question to you. Any Ideas?

I'd suspect it's in the toilet tank float valve. Something with the pressure shock in opening the faucet.
Disconnect the supply tube to the toilet and if you have free flowing water switch out the valve.
Had the same problem. I finally replaced the float valve and it works great.
