I’ve used the Johnson hardware on two seperate pocket door installs and have been very pleased with the quality. Both customers requested a quality hardware set rather than the cheap pulls or the button pulls. Both were happy with the finished product.

I am trying to broaden my horizons for pocket door hardware.
I've used the hideous, thin, combo latch-pull with a flipper catch to lock the door (stanley, etc). Feels bad.
Next is the edge pull to pull the door out, with a recessed cup to slide the door. But no latch or lock.
Finally, there is the Baldwin lock. No direct experience due to the price, but sure looks nice in the distributors' display.
What other options are out there??
Thanks,
Adam
*I have no idea what the Baldwin lock looks like, so this may be very similar. Johnson Hardware has a lock that is the recessed cup with a button in the middle of it to lock the door.I have only seen the product literature, so I can't offer any opinion on quality, etc.Johnson Hardware is in Elkhart, Indiana.
