Guys, I am back to an old project of getting rid of the old fiberglass panels on my carport. I would like to do double wall polycarb flat panels. I have 24 on center rafters. Anyone have install hardware they like that looks good and does not leak? I have see some stuff that is like a standing seam on a metal roof.

THey supply an "H" or back to back "C" for the long seams. And don't forget to alum tape the open ends ( short sides) before slipping on the "C" caps.
The Neoprene washer hex head screws are what work well for the screwing down.
I have seen some where there is incorporated into the H moulding a clip, and its like a little cap over the seam. Ring any bells?http://www.etherhuffer.typepad.com
Not that I have used, but I have only installed 2 projects and I used what was supplied, I had no say in the matter.
