Porch footing conrete

Hello all,

    I am repairing a sagging porch on my own home and I would like to know how long a concrete footing and pier need to “set-up” before contruction can continue.  The footing is 8″x16″ and the pier is 8″x32″.  FYI I am a full time trim carp and only mess with heavy things such as concrete on my own home!
