So I see Hitachis’ new stick framer can shoot hardened nails…does anyone have a source for 22 degree hardened nails I could use in a PC305?

I just picked up a new Hitachi framing gun at a local pro tool shop...amazing...sooo light and comfy to hold. Makes my old Bostich seem like a relic.
Which model did you just get?
My post was not clear, when I said I "picked it up," I didn't actually buy it. I just handled it and drooled over that new Hitachi in the showroom. The new 3-1/2" clipped-head gun is the one I was ogglin,' I didin't notice if it shot hardened nails but here it is:http://www.thomas-tool.com/specials.asp?page=08nice and light and for a fair price.

Can shoot hardened nails into what?
CMU/fresh mortar
My supplier, Fastening Systems, carries hardened nails. Last time I bought a box of hardened (.120 x 2 1/4" Smooth DP HT) 5000 count, it was $115. That's been a couple of years. I'll bet you need a second mortgage for a box today.
Did you mean to type 350 instead of 305?
