I need to purchase a gun for attaching metal studs and 2 X 4’s to a brick wall and track to a concrete floor. Eventually, I might use it for attaching decking to I-beams and hanging electric boxes. I’m a small outfit-I don’t want to spend alot, but I don’t want junk. Remington is the least expensive, Rawl and Ramset are moderate, Hilti is too much for me—any thoughts?

I have a Red Head (which I believe is now owned by Ramset). It's a semi-auto .27 calibre.
I've had it about 12 years now and no real complaints. You need to take good care of them, keep up on the required maintenance.
Some (depending on the calibre) may require a license to operate.
I've used mine for all of the purposes you've mentioned in your post, and it's worked well for me.
I used it originally to nail 2x4 strapping to the underside of a series of steel I-beams in a house I was building, in order to hang drywall from them (it was an engineers house, 'nuff said).
Anyway, it worked well for that, although it was hard on the arms.
Hope this is of some help.

*Go with the Hilti DX350. I've had mine for more than 20 years without any significant problems. I've probably shot 25,000 pins in that time, which means that the cost per pin for the gun is about .0nothing. I believe it was Mark Twain who said " a poor man can't afford to buy anything but the best."
