Pre-finished Ceiling boards????

I am in the middle of a remodel and want to istall T&G beaded boards on my kithen and sunroom ceiling. All I can find is unfinished pine by GA. Pacific. A friend said he installed some that was pre-finished with a white pickled type stain but did not know where it came from. Can anyone help!!
