A client has requested a Superior precast foundation.I toured a local plant and was impressed with the product.They claim that no additional water/dampproofing is needed because walls are 5,000psi concrete.My question:Does increasing compressive strength also affect permeability?

Not so much as you would notice Kenny.
Damproofing is so little cost compared to the value you get from it, I would certainly put it in anyways.
I thought those prefab foundation had a layer of styrofoam on the inside though.
