I have been working for someone else building houses start to finish for a few years and am doing some jobs on the side. While I have some experience building houses I have never had to figure out how much to charge for the jobs. My question is about how much per s. ft should I charge for labor to frame a simple 1500 s. ft colonial house in southern Rhode Island. I would appreciate any suggestions. I would be building it with just myself and my business partner.
