Hey all BT”ers Hope everyone had a MERRY CHRISTMAS.

I’m hoping to get an idea of what people are charging for crown
molding.
The basics are that the house is in a brand new subdivision,less
than a year old and around the $250,000 and up in range.
I’m here in southern Ontario, Canada region.
The house is occupied and furnished, and all ceilings are 9 foot.

Rooms included are a main bath, that has many angles(inside and outside
22.5’s and 60/30’s) front foyer, kitchen/living room, hall, and master
with ensuite.

The material will be paint grade and around 350 lin/’
Now will most price per foot or per job.Would obviously be nicer
if the house was still under construction but no can do there,lol.

I will also be doing the finish painting as well so there is
going to be a lot of drop sheets and plank and horses to move around
which is why I’m posting. I have just completed a couffered ceiling
(12×12 room/office)for this customer with great success so I am gauranteed the job but
I want to keep the price honest and justifiable .
