I’ve been asked to fill in my profile, but when I go to the only profile link I can find (“update profile”), it only asks for E-mail address. Where do I find another profile that might be more helpful?

Click on the underlined "suzycarpenter" above your message or mine- if you're logged in, there should be an underlined "change profile". I think the rest is self explanatory. Things like location and profession and skill level are very helpful.

It's not you, it's prospero. Just wait until you search for something and the only hit you get is about copper supply pipes from years ago. Don't believe it? Go to the bottom left of the page, under the list of discussions. There's an empty box and the word "search". Type in anything you want and wait for the intelligent response.
