I’m looking for input on software for scheduling. On average, I have 5 homes on the go at a time. It’s easy to schedule, but not so easy to change it. I need something that keeps the time lines linked, but shuffles the dates when needed. Reminders ahead of time would probably be the biggest asset. I would appreciate any input I can get. Thanks in advance

Microsoft Project
Do it right, or do it twice.
MS Project for most things is just the ticket. I use Primavera P3 for my profession and it is very powerful but is too much for a lot of projects. Its like using a supercomputer to balance your checkbook. A lot of tools if you only need a few. MS project can do everything you need and is fairly simple to manipulate and not hard to learn.
Sorry, elcid, this was meant for bellamy

But it's a little pricey, something like $400. I have TurboProject by IMSI (makers of TurboCad) and it squeeks by in performance. Cost aboiut $75 so here you get what you pay for.Do it right, or do it twice.
