Anybody know a good supplier of quality kitchen cabinets, reasonably priced, located in Canada?
On this forum several US firms are often named as supplying good quality reasonably priced cabinets by mail/web order but I don’t know of any in Canada.

Most of the big Canadian firms sell in the US.....most of the big US firms sell in Canada. It all depends exactly where you are, to figure out what's available. Personally, unless you have good knowledge of cabinets, I would prefer to go through a distributor/dealer rather than just order online.....there are potential pitfalls in cabinet design that a good dealer will identify and prevent. I'm not aware of a Canadian firm that does a big business in cabinets direct to the customer....there may be one, but I think most want to avoid the headaches. Direct to a contractor customer is another matter, but it doesn't sound like that is the case here.
Canac and Kitchencraft are both big Canadian firms with good cabinets and good dealer networks, and there are smaller reputable companies in every region. IKEA sells pretty good cabinets too.If you really want to just do it yourself and order the cabinets, a visit to some kitchen/bath centres will usually turn up a few fairly local suppliers.....I know several companies in my area that have order sheets in K/B centres, and you just place the order.....wholetail, really. But it is very easy to make an expensive mistake and have doors that won't open etc.

We offer custom cabinets at very reasonable prices. We can't compete with the knockdown companies for price, but they can't compete with us for quality. we've done work all over southern Ontario. give me a ring if you want some details.
