I think I know how this should be done –
For the floor – embed the PEX tubing in the motor bed
For the walls (and bench?) – put a couple of loops (just to take the chill out) in the wall cavities to about the 6′ mark and use metal ‘fins’ to attach it to the back of the Wonderboard. The walls will be insulated.

Sounds like a good idea to me. But float the walls and bench. Don't use wonderboard.
