What is the formula for computing the radius of a circle when the characteristics of a section of the the circle are know? This formula was published in FH many issues ago. It can be useful when doing repair work on existing bow windows.

W= Width of the window bay
D= Depth, or projection, of the bay
Radius = [(W/2)²/D + D]/2
