i read the article on tiling over laminate counter tops but was wondering if you could re-laminate over an old laminate. any tips?

Hi there,
This has been discussed before and the general opinion is that you can.
You have to appreciate that the new laminate is dependant on the old, which means that if the old has delaminated anywhere, putting another layer won't help.
Make sure you scruff (course sandpaper) up the old layer to get rid of that polished surface so that the contact adhesive will be most effective.
