I have been asked to fix a vinyl sundeck. It appears that someone has applied two coats of paint or other coating to a vinyl deck. Vinyl is propably about three years old, and it looks like they wanted to change the colour. Now it is coming off in tiny flakes and being tracked through the house. Customer wants me to recover with new vinyl. Any suggestions??
