5 years ago I installed 3/4 x. 21/4 Bruce waxed flooring (tavern grade)for a customer
They purchased it because they thought it was a deal (end of the line) I suggested polyurathane for their busy house, but no they knew better
5 years go by with “0” maintainance the floor is a mess not so much in need of sanding but washed out and really faded
any suggestions for either
1/removing that finish and going to poly
2/restain/wax/buff
I,am sure after the first experience with wax polyurathane looks like the better deal now
they are a very good customer so this time they will heed my advice, who knows maybe I might even slip in the I told you so
