Refinishing cracked stucco extrerior
I am looking at refinishing a turn of the century stucco exterior. The exterior has multiple hairline cracks in it as well as some larger ones radiating from the corners of windows and corners of the building. So what repairs need to be made prior to repainting? What products are recommended for the repairs, and the new finish?

I don't have personal exp. with this, except for the use of a rubberized finish paint.
TOH did a house in boston where they went into detail about repairing the cracked stucco before painting. You might find it on the web.
Edit to say it's program 2602, where they consult with an historic masonry specialist.
