From the pics I’m sure the house is condemned (or should be). I don’t believe much will be salvageable. Might be able to repair foundation if only a few areas are bad. Otherwise the rest of it needs to go. I’m sure plumbing, electrical and Hvac are totally shot as well. I would consider it a lot for a new home. I’ve bought a few properties in conditions like this b/c the existing structure brings the lot price down. If your building new on the lot, current state of property is only a fiscal consideration. Consult with a demolition company about cost to remove the structure. Also, try excavating companies as well. I’ve found their pricing to be better than demo companies b/c they just get in a dozer and a excavator and go to town.
