any tips for how to relocate a 6×6 fence post 4 feet deep packed with 1/4 limestone no concrete.
I’ve seen some videos with car jacks that seemed to do the job. what would be best practice?

Wow, that could be a chore depending on how much the gravel resists the post up lift. Many unknowns there.
Car jacks might work, it would be a noble effort well worth the try. I've jacked a few out with a handyman [ farmer ratchet type] jack. A piece of log chain wrapped around the post is usually sufficient for the jack purchase.
When I pulled posts I used a farm jack as oldhand mentioned. Off-road people usually have one of these on their vehicle. Get a good jack, not a cheepo. My posts were 4x4 in dirt with various amounts of concrete. Mine were a bit loose and used a hose to get water around it. If you get some water around it, it should help. Also, try to wiggle back and forth. The water will soften the dirt around the gravel and also reduce friction. You might see example videos online on how to use the jack.
If you have a tractor just wrap a chain around the post and lift up with the front end loader or instead hoist it up with a jack.
