Remote Bathroom Fan and Delay Switches

I want to put in a central bathroom fan that will vent two bathrooms. I know there is a switch out there that will turn the lights and fan on and has a fan delay feature.
It’s my understanding that these switches cannot be used in parallel. If this is the case, anybody have ideas on alternative ways to control the fan, light and fan delay with a single switch (in each bathroom)?
Thanks in advance.

I'm not much of an electrician, but I thought I would help out by offering a good source for that switch you mentioned: http://www.energyfederation.org/consumer/default.php/cPath/39_766

It should work fine BUT make sure both switches are on the same electrical circuit. You don't want two circuits feeding the same vent motor (and each other)...
